Who we are

Upweek is operated by DaxioOS Inc., Montréal, Québec, Canada. The person responsible for protecting personal information can be reached at privacy@upweek.app.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, we collect only your email address and the date you signed up.

Why

• To tell you when Upweek launches and send you the founder price.
• To send occasional product updates before launch.

We do not sell your email or share it for advertising. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.

Where it is stored

Your email is stored with our email service provider, Lovable Cloud (Supabase), which may store data outside Québec and Canada, including in the United States.

How long

We keep your email until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it, or at most 24 months after launch if you never use the app.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to privacy@upweek.app. We answer within 30 days.
